For our clients who prepare their own payroll, we prepare all forms for the timely filing of quarterly payroll taxes.

All quarterly and year end forms and payment coupons are provided with filing instructions.  Electronic transmission of your forms is performed whenever possible.  For those businesses with a larger employee base, we offer electronic transmission of your forms as required by the state and federal agencies.

 Employee W-2s are sealed in envelopes and ready to mail or hand to your employees, and we also provide you with a copy for your records.
